At this time, I Am Jenuhsys ships our products within the U.S ONLY. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the day your order is placed (excluding weekends). Delays are possible during Holidays and Sale Seasons therefore, please add an additional 1-3 days (excluding weekends) to our standard 3-5 business day Shipping Policy. We appreciate your patience.

Please contact UPS as that would be your first point of reference to file a claim for a missing package. 

Please ensure you confirm your correct shipping address prior to submitting your order. We are not responsible for any item(s) that are shipped to the wrong address.

We only ship to confirmed addresses. If we are unable to confirm your address, your order will be delayed and subject to cancellation if we are unable to contact you directly within 2 business days. ​

We do not require a signature upon delivery, therefore we are not responsible nor will a refund be issued for any item(s) that are missing, lost, or stolen. You are 100% responsible. Please contact your local UPS Office for any questions or concerns regarding your lost/stolen packages.
